Ruby Red Raspberry Ring
| Ingredients: | 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello |
| 1 pkg. frozen raspberries, drain | |
| 1 (6 oz.) can pink lemonade | |
| 1 pt. vanilla ice cream | |
| 1 cup. pecans | |
| 1 1/2 cup boiling water |
Dissolve Jello in boiling
water. Add and dissolve ice cream and lemonade.
Add raspberry juice; whip until blended. Just when it starts to set, stir in
raspberries and nuts. Pour into ring and garnish.
